South Jersey is one of the best places on the East Coast to observe Bottlenose Dolphins; they can be seen 99% of the time from April to November. Bottlenose Dolphins live near the coast and inshore waters off New Jersey and near the continental shelf. Bottlenose Dolphins live in small pods of up to 12, and often many pods group together to form congregations of hundreds of dolphins. They are very social animals. Witnessing Bottlenose Dolphins playing, feeding, bow riding, socializing, and mating in their natural habitat is truly spectacular. ( Touch Tank on board)
